US Domestic Shipping

Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to fulfill your order. Orders placed after 5 p.m. CST will be processed beginning on the following Monday. We are a small business operation so we can not fulfill product when out of town. Notice will be posted on the first page of the website should this be the case. We will fulfill 3-5 business days from our return. (Sorry, no P.O. Boxes).

We offer USPS Ground 2-5 business days shipping after fulfillment.

International Shipping

We do not offer International shipping at this time. We are working on adding this and apologize for the inconvenience.

Returns

Didn’t love what you ordered? Our store is happy to accept online returns within 30 days of your purchase date for store credit. Items returned after the 30-day return period are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in with at least 75% of its contents and in its original packaging. 

To make a return, please email nocrutchesholistic@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll help you process your return and provide a free shipping label for your purchased item. Simply repackage your item and drop it off at the post office. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If your return is accepted, please allow 3-5 business days for a store credit to be processed.
